Judy attended Jackson High School and was a lifelong member of Westside Church of Christ in Jackson.  She lived in various residential care homes throughout Southeast Missouri and worked in several sheltered workshops in the area.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and a niece, Natasha Wischmann.
