Loving survivors include a son, Mark (Martha) Skinner; two granddaughters, Ashley Skinner and Lori Skinner and her children, Audrey Swift and Brandon Bockin, all of Jackson; a brother, Joe (Betty) Skinner of Mesa, Arizona; and a special friend, Peggy Fassel of Cape Girardeau.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Ella; a son, Mike Skinner; a grandson, Strawn Skinner (son of Mark and Martha); his parents; five brothers and three sisters.
The visitation is from 4 to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, January 16, 2019, at McCombs Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Jackson. A Masonic Service will be held at 6 p.m., led by Excelsior Masonic Lodge #441 of Jackson.
The funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, Jan. 17, 2019 at the funeral home with Rev. Jim Matthews officiating. Interment will follow in Russell Heights Cemetery.
