Abraham Patrick Feeney

Parents, Derek and Rebekah Smith Feeney, of Jackson, are saddened for the loss of their preterm infant son, Abraham Patrick Feeney. Abraham met Jesus on Sunday, March 15, 2026.

In addition to his parents, Abraham is survived by his sisters, Charlotte and Evelynn Feeney.

Survivors of the paternal family include grandparents, Patrick and Bonnie Klaus Feeney of Jackson; aunt, Brittany (James) Hammack of Union, Missouri; and great-grandfather, Gordon (late Martha) Feeney of Jackson.

Survivors of the maternal family include grandparents, Darren and Tina Kenkel Smith of Somerville, Texas; aunts, Rachel Gregorich of Fairbanks, Alaska; Hannah Smith of College Station, Texas; uncle, Caleb Smith of College Station; and great-grandparents, Ned and LeeAnn Smith of Somerville.

Abraham was preceded in death by paternal great-grandparents, Martha Feeney, Willard and Jane Klaus; and maternal great-grandparents, Janet and Tom Carroll.

Deacon Al Stoverink will conduct a private graveside service at Russell Heights Cemetery in Jackson.
