Allan Jerome Ponder

Allan Jerome Ponder, 73, passed away Monday, August 3rd, 2026 in Jackson, Missouri, at Hubble Creek.

He was born June 10th, 1953 in Perryville, Missouri, the son of Raymond and Dorothy (Berkbigler) Ponder.

Allan enjoyed boating and fishing. When Allan wasn’t trucking driving, and he especially enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.

He is survived by his loving children; Cassie Thompson, and Jason Ponder, two brothers; Randy Ponder, and Larry Ponder, three sisters; Sheila Grable, Sharon Benton, and Ellen Bowman, five grandchildren; Tim, Dylan, Destiny, Corey, and Drew and three great grandchildren; Ra’Nyah, Audrey, Sunny.

He is preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Ronald Ponder and a great granddaughter, Na’vaela.

To honor Allan a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
