Andy Mclendon

Andrew Ryan "Andy" McLendon, 33, of Cape Girardeau, passed away Thursday, February 16, 2017, in Cape Girardeau.

He was born January 3, 1984, in Cape Girardeau, to David L. and Kathy S. Hecht McLendon. He and Lacy Deevers were married September 22, 2012, in Hazelhurst, Mississippi.

Andy was raised in Shawneetown, Missouri, and attended school in Jackson.

Loving survivors include his wife of nearly five years, Lacy McLendon of Cape Girardeau; a step-son, Hunter and step-daughter, Jaidyn both of Cape Girardeau; two brothers, Shawn (Rebekkah) McLendon of Corpus Christi, Texas, Justin Murphy of Cape Girardeau; two sisters, Kelly (Matt) Sissom of Jackson, Emily Cherry of Scott City; nieces, nephews, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Visitation is from 11 a.m. to service time, Tuesday, February 21, 2017, at Trinity Lutheran Church in Shawneetown, Missouri.

The funeral is at 2 p.m., Tuesday, February 21, 2017, at the church, with the Rev. Virgil Kelm officiating.

Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
