Arthur Walter "Art" Seboldt

Art Seboldt passed away Friday, Jan. 26, 2019 at the age of 92.

He was born in Springfield, MO to Rev. GB and Esther Seboldt, the second of four sons.  He married Mildred Grossheider in Aug, 1949.

He served as a Lutheran teacher and principal for 21 years.  In 1971, he and Mildred returned to Cape where he worked at Cape State Bank for 21 years.

Art was preceded in death by his only child, son Mark, his parents and his brothers.  He is survived by his wife of 69 years, Mildred, his daughter-in-law, Pam, and three grandchildren, Josh (Dottie), Elizabeth Goggins (Corey), and Caleb (Kelly).

He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren, and many other relatives and friends.

Visitation is at McCombs Funeral Home and Cremation Center, Jackson, 3-7 Tuesday, Funeral and Burial are at Zion Lutheran, Gordonville, 10:30 am Wednesday.
