Barbara (Margrabe) Arthur

Barbara Ann Arthur, 70, of Jackson passed away Wednesday, January 19, 2022 at her home. She was born December 16, 1951 in Cape Girardeau, daughter of Herman and Marcella Reynolds Margrabe. She and George Arthur were married June 28, 1970. Barbara worked as a surgical tech at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau. Loving survivors include her husband George; a son Brian (Laura) Arthur of Cape Girardeau and a granddaughter Dayna Arthur of St. Louis, Missouri. Also surviving are three siblings, Debra Greable, Marilyn (Jim) Evans all of Cape Girardeau and Richard (Brenda) Margrabe of Jackson. She was preceded in death by her parents and four siblings, Kay Beard, Jane Jones, Charles Jacobs and Kevin Margrabe. Arrangements by McCombs Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Jackson. There will be no services. Memorials may take the form of contributions to Southeast Hospice.
