Beverly "Dean" Scott

Beverly "Dean" Scott, 76 of Jackson, MO, formerly of Boone County KY, passed away at his home with family by his side on November 15th, 2020. Dean was born in 1944 in Carrolton, KY to William and Milda (Johnson) Scott. He graduated from Boone County High School in 1962 and attended the University of Kentucky. Dean loved fishing, golf, bowling and UK basketball. Dean is survived by his wife Sally of 35 years, daughter Kristy Carr (Josh), granddaughter Mikayla Carr (Kyle Blessing), grandson Aaron Carr (Abigail Chrusciel), great granddaughters Alaiyah and Adalynn, and great grandson Axtynn, Sister-in-laws Bonnie Parker (Eldon) and Sandra Heine (late George). The family entrusted McCombs Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Jackson for Dean’s final arrangements. There will be no public service at this time. The family has elected to have a private viewing time with cremation to follow.
