Bobby D. Brandon

Bobby D. Brandon, 76, passed away Monday, January 2, 2017, at his home in Cape Girardeau.

He was born July 4, 1940, in Bragg City, Missouri, to Bob and Katherine Tate Brandon. He and Allie Rebecca "Becky" Friedrich were married April 15, 1992, in Eureka Springs, Arkansas.

Bob served honorably in the U.S. Army. He worked many years at Proctor & Gamble and was then self-employed as a utilities contractor.

Loving survivors include his wife of 24 years, Becky of Cape Girardeau; three children, Philip Brandon of Marble Hill, Missouri, Steve (Amy) Brandon of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, Anita (Donald) Moore of Cape Girardeau; a step-daughter, Audrey Jerrolds of Cape Girardeau; six grandchildren, Abby, Megan, Cole, Samantha, Jessica, and Maggie; three brothers; and three sisters.

He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers.

Visitation is Saturday, January 7, 2017, from 11 a.m. to service time, at McCombs Funeral Home in Cape Girardeau.

The memorial service will be Saturday, at 1 p.m., at the funeral home, with full military honors.
