Clarance John Ward Jr.

Clarence John Ward Jr., 75, of Jackson passed away Friday, September 14, 2018 at his home.

He was born July 17, 1943 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, to Clarence John and Josephine Boley Ward, Sr. He and Judith “Judy” Craft were married February 25, 1962.

John worked 17 years at Ford Groves and later Weiser Honda both in Cape Girardeau. He was a member of the Cape Eagles Club and enjoyed riding his Harley Motorcycle.

Loving survivors include his wife Judy of 56 years; a son Mike (Connie) Ward of Friedheim, Missouri; a daughter, Debbie Snell of Jackson; four grandchildren, Dylan and Casey Snell and Justin and Hailey Ward; and a sister, Faith (Mac) McNally of Phoenix, Arizona.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

A graveside service will be held Monday, September 17, 2018 at 11:00 a.m., at New Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery near Pocahontas with the Rev. Jacob Colwell officiating.
