Crystal Shannon Weaver, 46, of Jackson, passed away unexpectedly, Monday, October 27, 2025, at her home.
She was born June 15, 1979, in Cape Girardeau, to Douglas and Carolyn Grant Hale. She was a 1997 graduate of Jackson High School and later graduated from UCLA.
To cherish her memory, she leaves her husband and son, Christian and Carsten Voigt, and her parents, Douglas and Carolyn Hale all of Jackson; siblings, Leah (Chuck) Farris of Columbia, Illinois and Darren (Stephanie) Hale of Villa Ridge, Missouri; a nephew, Charles (Paige) Farris and daughter Zoey of Columbia, Illinois; nieces, Ashlyn (Chase) Menard of Columbia, Illinois, Rachel Hale and Shayla Cain of Springfield, Missouri; and numerous extended family members.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Sam and Imogene Hale and maternal grandparents, Denver and Marie Grant.
A casual memorial visitation will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., Saturday, November 1, 2025, at McCombs Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Jackson. At 1 p.m., Saturday, the family will celebrate Crystal’s life by sharing memories. Guests are encouraged to wear tie-dyed attire.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to Mercy Cancer Center in Cape Girardeau.
