Daryl W. Leine, 51, of Jackson, passed away Wednesday, September 4, 2019, at Southeast Hospital in Cape Girardeau.
He was born August 22, 1968, in Cape Girardeau, to Doyle E. and Margie Yamnitz Leine. He and Dawn Booth were married September 18, 1993, at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Jackson.
Daryl was a 1987 graduate of Oak Ridge High School. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Southeast Missouri State University; a master’s degree in business administration from St. Louis University; and was also a graduate of LSU School of Banking. He was employed in St. Louis and Jackson at Mercantile Bank, Union Planters Bank, Regions Bank, U.S. Bank, and Banterra Bank.
He was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Jackson and the Cape Chamber of Commerce.
Daryl’s survivors include his daughter, Lauryn and her mother, Dawn, of Jackson; a brother, David (Tracy) Leine and children Megan, Matthew, and Michael of Lake St. Louis, Missouri
Dawn’s family includes her mother, Shirley (the late Joe) Booth of Jackson; brothers, Joe (Adrienne) Booth of Huntsville, Alabama; Mike Booth of Kansas City, Missouri, Kevin Booth of California; a sister, Debby (Scott) Sprandel of Jackson; nieces and nephews, Samantha Booth; Tyler and Collin Sprandel; Rachel (Corey) Lorenz and children Peyton and Caysen; and Jessica (Andrew) Buxton and daughter Emma.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
The Rev. Jason Shaw led a private memorial service Friday evening, September 13, 2019, at McCombs Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Jackson.
Memorial contributions to St. Paul Lutheran Church in Jackson are suggested and appreciated.
