Diana Marie Faverty

Diana Marie Faverty, age 66, of Chaffee, Missouri, passed away on Saturday, August 2, 2025, at the Chaffee Nursing Center.

She was born on July 19, 1959, in Redbud, Illinois, the daughter of Curtis W. and Janet R. Pelate Faverty.

A graduate of Scott City High School, Diana dedicated much of her life to caring for others as a home health caregiver. She will be fondly remembered for her vibrant personality and her love for keeping up with the latest news and neighborhood stories. Above all, Diana cherished time with her grandchildren—sharing stories, life lessons, teaching them to ride their bikes, and spending hours talking on the phone.

She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Loving survivors include her husband Larry Campbell of 38 years; a daughter, Casey (Christopher) Shinn of Chaffee MO, four stepchildren Larry Farr, Derick (Tavia) Farr, Nechola (Jasper) Brewster, and Erica Farr; eleven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Also surviving are two sisters, Patty (Jim) Webbery of Minnith MO, and Becky McAtee (Ronnie) of Macks Creek MO; and one brother Charles (Darlene) Faverty Searcy AR.

Diana was preceded in death by her parents, a sister Debbie Faverty-Lochan and a brother James McAtee, Jr.

The family will have a celebration of life for Diana at a later date.
