Doris F. Blaylock-Jones, 92, of Jackson, passed away Tuesday, September 15, 2015.

She was born October 26, 1922, in Perry County, Missouri.

She is survivied by two sons, Steve (Martha) Bollinger of Durham, North Carolina and their children Todd and Matthew; Sid (Lee) Bollinger of Sedgewickville and their children Ryan, Dan, Cole; and nine great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at 10:30 AM, Saturday, October 24, 2015, at Sedgewickville United Methodist Church in Sedgewickville, Missouri.

Cremation accorded by McCombs Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Jackson.
