Freida Mae (Shivers) Seabaugh

Freida Mae Seabaugh, 78, of Whitewater, passed away Thursday, July 21, 2022, in Perryville.

Freida was born March 24, 1944, to Harvey and Clara (Bornemon) Shivers in Antonio, Mo.

She and John Franklin Seabaugh were joined in marriage in 1960. He preceded her in death May 8, 2022.

Freida loved her family and had an amazing heart. She was the mama bear and loved her cubs, especially babies.  She had a love for animals, especially if they had four legs and were furry. Freida was the glue to the family and will be greatly missed.

Freida is survived by four children and their families: John Franklin (Mae) Seabaugh Jr. and their children, John Seabaugh III, and Michelle Seabaugh of Virginia; Jeffrey (SunOk) Seabaugh of Perryville and their child, Monica; Laura (Ron) Schultz of Perryville and their children, Nick (Heather) Seabaugh of Chaffee, and Amanda Hahn of Sedgewickville; and Benjamin Seabaugh of Whitewater, and his children, Paul Seabaugh of Florida, and Kristopher Seabaugh; a sister, Dorothy White of Summerdale, Al; six great-grandchildren and three step great-grandchildren.

Freida is preceded in death by her parents, three sisters and a brother.

A celebration of life is planned for March 11, 2023, with times being announced at a later date.
