Gerald W Kinder

Gerald Wayne Kinder, age 64, of Cape Girardeau, passed away Friday, February 14, 2025 at Mercy Southeast Hospital in Cape Girardeau.

Gerald was born July 6, 1960 in Cape Girardeau the son of Gerald C. and Mary Alice Chapman Kinder.

He was a graduate of Cape Central High School and Southeast Missouri State University where he majored in Mathematics.

Survivors include his father and step mother, Gerald C. and Pearl Kinder of Chaffee; a brother, Mark Allen Kinder; a step brother, Wayne (Joy) Kinder; a step sister, Patricia Kinder; a special niece who helped take care of him during his illness, Nicohl Hubbard; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A visitation will be from 12:00 pm until service time on Monday, February 17, 2025 at McCombs Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Jackson.

Funeral Service will be at 1:00 pm Monday at the funeral home with Rev. Danny Freeland officiating.

Interment will follow in Russell Heights Cemetery in Jackson.
