Harlan Fuehler

Harlan Fuehler, age 69 of Shawneetown, passed away Wednesday, February 24, 2021, at the Jackson Manor Nursing Home in Jackson.

He was born July 28, 1951 in Perryville, Missouri the son of Ernst and Lillian E. Thauwald Fuehler. Harlan was a lifelong member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Shawneetown. He worked as an assembler many years at VIP Industries in Fruitland.

Loving survivors include three siblings, Donald (Millie) Fuehler of St. Louis, Roger Fuehler of Jackson, and June Fuehler of Cape Girardeau; a special friend and caregiver, Patricia Hecht; and many cousins and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

A memorial visitation will be Saturday, February 27, 2021 from 10 am – 12 noon, at Trinity Lutheran Church at Shawneetown.

The memorial service will be at 12 noon, Saturday with Rev. Virgil Kelm officiating.

Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
