Helen E. Reisenbichler, 85, of Jackson, passed away Tuesday, December 8, 2020, at Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.
She was born May 25, 1935, in Calumet City, Illinois, to the Rev. Walter F. and Matilda Obenauer Krahn. She and Clinton Reisenbichler were married August 9, 1953, in Slater, Missouri. They had been married nearly 46 years when Clinton died June 24, 1999.
Helen was a homemaker and a longtime member of Zion Lutheran Church in Pocahontas.
Loving survivors include two daughters, Suzanne P. Gwin of Farmington, Missouri, Elaina (Stephen) Boehme of Frohna, Missouri; a son, Jack L. (Tina) Reisenbichler of Wright City, Mo.; a daughter-in-law, Theresa (the late Clinton “Rocky”) Reisenbichler of Jackson; seven grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and two siblings, Kenneth Krahn of Minnesota and Cheryl Smith of Cape Girardeau.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Clinton Reisenbichler; a son, Clinton “Rocky” Reisenbichler Jr.; her parents; her parents; four adult siblings, Elaine Tilton and Robert, Ray, and William Krahn; and a young sister, Paula Krahn.
Rev. Virgil Kelm will officiate a private memorial service. Helen will be laid to rest with Clint at Zion Lutheran Cemetery in Pocahontas. McCombs Funeral Home and Cremation Center was entrusted with Helen’s care.
