Jack “Jj” Mccall

Jack "JJ' McCall, 61, of Sedgewickville, MO passed away Wed. Jan. 20, 2016 at his home. He was born Jan 22, 1954, in Marble Hill, MO, son of Ora and Alfredia Mae Woods McCall. He and Neena C. Weston were married Nov. 11, 1972 in Jackson, MO.

Jack was a 1972 graduate of Jackson High School. He worked as an Over the Road Truck Driver, He was a Teamsters. JJ loved his family and especially family get-togethers. He loved to make people laugh and would help those he could. Jack had a big heart and was a very loving husband, father, grandfather and friend.

Loving survivors include his wife of 43 years Neena, a son J. T. (Breanna) McCall and a daughter Kristy (John) Lawniczak both of Sedgewickville, MO, Brothers Bob McCall of Chaffee, Frank McCall of Jackson, Mike McCall of Oak Ridge and Tim McCall of Cape Girardeau, sisters Sherry Jackson of Sedgewickville, Tonya Claussen of Jackson, Norma Robins of Cape Girardeau and Kay Landers Cape Girardeau.

Also surviving are grandchildren; Cody, Maggie, Riley and Mason McCall.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother Curt McCall and a sister Shelia Cook.

Friends may call Tuesday, Jan. 26 from 4:00 to 7:00 pm at McCombs Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Jackson.

A memorial service will be held at 7:00 pm Tuesday, Jan, 26, at the funeral home, with the Rev. Steve Koerner officiating.

Memorials may be made to Washington University for Myelofibrosis Research.
