James E. Owens, 79, of Jackson, died Tuesday, Nov. 2, 2021, at Jackson Manor Nursing Home in Jackson. A private funeral service will be held at McCombs Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Jackson. Interment will follow at Missouri Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield. Arrangements were made by McCombs Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Jackson.
