Billy "Joe" McLain, 83 of Jackson, passed away Thursday, May 19, 2016 at his daughter's home.
He was born March 16, 1933, in Cape Girardeau County, son of Earl and Georgia Lee Starrett McLain. He and Shirley June Kimbel were married June 23, 1958. She passed away February 27, 2015.
Loving survivors include two daughters, Amy (Lonnie) Cook of Jackson and Pamela (Chris) Schniepp of O'Fallon, Missouri; four grandchildren, Rhiannon Davie, Cate Keller, Camron and Logan Cook; three great-grandchildren, Regan, Ross, and Grace.
The visitation will be from 4 p.m. until service time on Sunday, May 29, 2016 at the North Kingdom Hall, 3075 Cape LaCroix Road, Cape Girardeau.
The memorial service will be at 5 p.m. on Sunday, May 29, 2016 at the hall.
