Judy Talley

Judy Merlene Talley, 67, of Jackson, passed away Sunday, September 4, 2016 at Life Care Center in Cape Girardeau.

She was born August 17, 1949, in Chicago, Illinois, daughter of Loy R. and Lorene P. Smith Moore. She and Kenneth Talley were married December 11, 1976 in Cape Girardeau.

Judy was a 1968 graduate of Oak Ridge High School in Oak Ridge, Missouri. From 1997 until 2010, she owned and operated Judy's Antiques and Collectibles on Hwy 61 in Jackson.

Loving survivors include her husband of 39 years, Kenny Talley; four children, Kandy (Jerry) King, Jason (Kym) Welker, Jamie Welker (Tamera Stone) and Barbara Merlene Talley; 16 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and two brothers, Raymond (Reminda) Moore and Ed (Becky) Moore of Oak Ridge.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

The visitation will be from10 a.m. until service time on Thursday, September 8, 2016 in chapel A of McCombs Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Jackson.

The funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Grant Gillard officiating.

Interment will be in Caney Fork Cemetery near Oak Ridge.
