LaDonna E. Blechle, 86, of Jackson, passed away Wednesday, October 26, 2016, at the Lutheran Home in Cape Girardeau.

She was born October 4, 1930, in Randles, Missouri, to Cecil and Opal Moore Bond. She and Glenwood Blechle were married July 14, 1950, in Cape Girardeau. They had been married nearly 62 years when he passed away June 16, 2012.

LaDonna enjoyed traveling with Glenwood through his employment with Luhr Bros. After retirement, they were snowbirds, residing part-time in Texas and Arizona. They were members of St. John's United Church of Christ in Fruitland. LaDonna enjoyed taking art classes and especially liked to oil paint.

Loving survivors include a son, Keith (Bonnie) Blechle of Jackson; three grandchildren, Tara (Scott) Dameron and children, Noah and Jack of Jackson; Laura (Brian) Arthur and daughter, Dayna of Cape Girardeau; Alissa (Tommy) Quaite and children, Ramsie and Judah of Charleston, Missouri; two siblings, Norma Lee (Dick) Bollinger of Marble Hill, Gary (Beverly) Bond of Chaffee; a sister-in-law, Diane (the late Bob "Sonny") Bond of Salt Lake City, Utah; and several nieces and nephews

She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, and a brother, Bob "Sonny" Bond.

Visitation is Saturday, October 29, 2016, from 9 to 11 a.m., at McCombs Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Jackson.

The funeral is Saturday, October 29, 2016, at 11 a.m., at the funeral home, with Dr. Rodney Pensel officiating.

Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery in Cape Girardeau.

The family suggests memorials to the American Heart Association.
