Larry Mccain

Larry McCain, age 74, of Jackson, passed away Thursday, December 28, 2017 at his home.

He was born March 24, 1943 in Cape Girardeau County son of William "Bill" and Viola Cotner McCain. He and Judy Gibbar were married July 6, 1977.

Larry attended school in the Jackson R-2 school district and he was a member of New Bethel Baptist Church near Pocahontas.

Loving survivors include his wife Judy of over 40 years; two sons, Darin (Kim) McCain of Cape Girardeau and Brian Brandy) McCain of Cape Girardeau County; a daughter, Ronda McCain of Memphis, TN; two grandchildren, Morgan and Mason McCain; and a great grandchild, Alex McCain.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother Chester "Chet" McCain, and two infant brothers.

Memorial service will be Saturday, January 13, 2018, at 1:00 pm, at New Bethel Baptist Church near Pocahontas, with the Rev. Jacob Colwell officiating.

Arrangements were by McCombs Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Jackson.
