Lilia Ann Charters, 66, of Cape Girardeau, passed away Wednesday, November 25, 2020 at Ratliff Care Center in Cape Girardeau. There will be no services. Interment will be in Dallas Fort worth National Veterans Cemetery. McCombs Funeral Home in Cape Girardeau entrusted with final arrangements.
