Linda E (Crader) Wallman

Linda Evelyn Wallman, 81, of Jackson, passed away Saturday April 5, 2025 at the Lutheran Home in Cape Girardeau.

She was born December 8, 1943 in Delta, Missouri, daughter of Charley W. and Recel F. Cotner Crader. Evelyn married Carl Ray Wallman October 11, 1963. They had three children, Debbie, Lisa and Danny.

Evelyn was a graduate of Jackson High School. She was employed at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau for 38 years.

Survivors include her children Debbie (Tim) Heise of Millersville and Lisa Wallman of Jackson; three grandchildren Casey (Danny Balch) Reeves, Krista Earley and Nick Heise; four great- grandchildren, Mason Underwood, Coree Underwood, Layton Earley, Devon Balch; brother, Danny Crader; and a special sister-in-law, Judy Crader.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Danny Wallman; siblings, Mary King, Glenda Neal, Charles Crader; and her former husband Carl Wallman.

Visitation will be from at 9:00 am until service time on Tuesday, April 8, 2025 at McCombs Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Jackson.

Funeral Service will be at 11:00 am Tuesday with Rev. Mike Parry officiating.

Burial will follow in Russell Heights Cemetery in Jackson

McCombs Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Jackson is in charge of arrangements.

The family suggests that contributions be made to St. Jude Children’s research Hospital.
