Lloyd "Pete" Richard Allen

Lloyd Richard "Pete" Allen, 76, passed away Thursday, July 9, 2026, at his home in Millersville.

He was born January 3, 1950, in Cape Girardeau, to Lloyd B. and Lola Mae Guinn Allen.

Pete was a gentle soul with a lot of common sense. He was a member of Christ

Gospel Church near Millersville.

Loving survivors include a sister, Cheryl (Jim) Dudley of Millersville; nephews, Jerry Self and John McCarter; nieces, Christine Hinkebein and Amanda McCarter; great-nieces, Angel, Olivia, and Akira; and great-nephews, Dylan, Joey, and Hunter.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

The family will honor Pete with a private graveside service at a later date.
