Loudeen (Howard) Felty

Loudeen Felty, age 75, of Millersville passed away Wednesday, September 26, 2018 at her home.

She was born April 9, 1943 in Burfordville, daughter of John Frank and Alma Susan Allen Howard.  She and Virgil Quentin Felty were married October 14, 1978 at Fairview Methodist Church near Burfordville.

.           Loudeen was a 1961 graduate of Jackson High School.  She worked at the Corner Store in Burfordville for several years and was a wonderful homemaker, who enjoyed cooking and both vegetable and flower gardening. Loudeen was a member of Burfordville Baptist Church all of her life and was a member of the GA’s Sunday school.

Loving survivors include her husband of nearly 40 years, Virgil Felty; two sisters-in-law, Carol (Jim) Sawyer of O’Fallon, Missouri and Saundra Crader of Marble Hill, Missouri and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

The visitation will be from 4-7:30 p.m. on Friday, September 28, 2018 at McCombs Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Jackson.  The funeral service will be at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday at the funeral home with the Rev. Randy Sawyer officiating.  Interment will be in Fairview Cemetery near Burfordvlle.

The family suggests that contributions be made to the Fairview Cemetery Fund.
