Cape Girardeau
Lyam Wyatt Fitzgerald, one month old, of Jackson, passed away Sunday, April 29, 2018 at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.
He was born March 28, 2018, at Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau, son of Timothy Fitzgerald and Macy Rinacke.
Loving survivors include his parents, paternal grandparents, Derrick (Crystal) Cummins of Canalou, Missouri; great maternal grandparents, Rev. Jim (Kathie) Woeltje of Jackson; and maternal great great grandfather, Charles Heitz of Godfrey, Illinois.
The graveside service will be at 10:30 am on Wednesday, May 2, 2018 at Russell Heights Cemetery, with the Rev. Jim Woeltje officiating.
Interment will be follow.
Memorial contributions may be made to Lyam’s parents, Tim Fitzgerald and Macy Rinacke.
