Peggy Lee (Quirk) Ellison

Peggy Lee Ellison, age 86, of Perryville, Missouri passed away Sunday, August 19, 2018 at Chateau Girardeau Nursing Home in Cape Girardeau.

She was born October 27, 1931, in Fort Wayne, Indiana, daughter of Tom and Virgil Lardis Quirk.  She and Walt Ellison were married July 12, 1957.

Loving survivors include her husband of 61 years, Walt Ellison; three sons, Mitchell Ellison of Quincy, Illinois, Mark Ellison of Perryville, Martin Ellison of Memphis, Tennessee; two daughters, Marsha Bartley and Melanie Carter of Perryville; two sisters, Musadora Quirk of Lancaster, Texas and Ebitha Wupperman of Lancaster, Texas; twelve grandchildren and two greatgrandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a son, Mike Ellison and a brother, Patrick Quirk.

The memorial visitation will be from 2:00 pm until service time on Sunday, October 14, 2018 at McCombs Funeral Home in Cape Girardeau.

The memorial service will follow at 3:00 pm at the funeral home.

Cremation was accorded by McCombs Funeral Home & Cremation Cneter in Jackson. McCombs Funeral Home in Cape Girardeau is in charge of arrangements.
