Priscilla Jane Hooks

Priscilla Jane Hooks, 65, of Marble Hill, Missouri, passed away Friday, January 29th, 2026, at her home.

Born July 11th,1960, in Keokuk, Iowa, daughter of Frank Hayden and Mary Lucille (Arnold) Hayden.

Priscilla enjoyed hiking, particularly at Estes Park in Colorado. She was a natural care giver who had an insatiable love for not only her family but also animals and especially children. Lastly, but importantly, Priscilla cherished her faith.

Loving survivors include a son, Daniel (Erica) Hooks of Denver, Colorado; and two loving sisters, Janet Bentzinger, and Pat Conklin. Along with two nieces; Deborah Parnell and Rebecca Marante.

She was preceded in death by her dearest husband, David Hooks and beloved parents.

A Memorial Visitation will be held from 4:00pm – 6:30pm on Tuesday February 3rd, 2026, at McCombs Funeral Home in Jackson, MO.

Funeral service will follow at 6:30pm - 7:00pm at McCombs funeral home and Cremation Center in Jackson, Missouri.

In lieu of flowers, family request that contributions may be made to the Humane Society of Southeast Missouri via SEMOPETS.ORG or at 180 Weston Street, Cape Girardeau, Missouri 63701 United States.
