Ronnie Beck

Lt. Ronnie L. Beck, age 84, passed away on Friday, August 14, 2026, at Hubble Creek Care Facility in Jackson, MO.

On November 15, 1941, in Hayti, MO he was born to the late Elmer and Mary Waldron Beck.

Ronnie married Esther Henson on April 17, 2009, in Centerville, TN.

Ronnie was a retired Lieutenant with the Missouri State Highway Patrol where he faithfully served for many years.

Lt. Beck is survived by his wife Esther; daughter: Shannon and Chris Tomlinson of Acworth, GA and Brenda and Gary Messmer of Jackson, MO; daughter in law Lisa Beck of St. Charles, MO; his sister Pam and Don Peeler of Caruthersville, MO; his grandchildren: Christian Hood, Alexander Beck, Nathaniel Beck, Kade Groh, Colton Groh.

He was preceded in death by his son, Scott Beck, one sister Linda Farris, and his parents.

A visitation for Lt. Beck will be held on Wednesday, August 19, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. until the funeral hour of 11:00 a.m. at the McCombs Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Jackson, MO with Pastor Bryan McCallister of Champions Church of Christ in Houston, TX officiating.

Interment will follow in the Cape County Memorial Park Cemetery.
