Rosemary Dougan

Rosemary Dougan, age 76 of Jackson, passed away Thursday, November 24, 2016 at Landmark Hospital in Cape Girardeau.
She was born May 8, 1940 in Paducah, KY daughter of Hallet and Mary Phelps Hays. She and Sidney Dougan were married January 6, 1962.
Rosemary was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Jackson. She worked for the former Lee-Rowan Company in Jackson for 15 years, retiring in 2005.
Survivors include her husband of over 54 years, Sidney; two sons, James Dougan of Farmington and Michael Dougan of Jackson; two grandchildren and one brother, Jim (Helen) Hays of Cape Girardeau.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a half- brother, Ronald Austin.
Arrangements by McCombs Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Jackson. There will be no services.
