Roy Lewis

Roy Lewis, 88, of Jackson, passed away, Sunday, July 5, 2020 at Fountainbleau Lodge in Cape Girardeau.

He was born January 23, 1932 in Norwich, Norfolk, England, son of Harold and Bertha Carver Lewis. He married June Gallant, she preceded him in death on November 18, 2015.

He retired in England and moved to the United States where he worked for Victorian Inn, in the lawn maintenance department.

Loving survivors include one daughter, Mandy Anderson-Cowles and one son Nick Lewis, both of Norwich, Norfolk, England, three grandchildren and one great grandchild.

The family wishes to honor Roy’s final wishes, therefore there will be no public memorial visitation or service. There will be a family gathering to be announced at a later date to honor and share one memories of Roy.

McCombs Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Jackson was entrusted with the final care and arrangements of Mr. Lewis.
