Sally Mae (Deimund) Steuerwald

Sally Mae Steuerwald, 59, of Burfordville, Missouri, passed away Friday, February 25, 2022, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.

She was born September 24, 1962, in Stoddard County, the daughter of Henry and Ida Barbee Deimund.

Sally was a 1981 graduate of Oak Ridge High School.

Sally was a dedicated mother working many jobs while caring for her family. She was a loving and supported grandmother and was loved by all who knew her.

Loving survivors include her two daughters; Melinda Fowler, of Burfordville, MO, Roxanna Ditto of Cape Girardeau, a brother; Robert (Jean) Deimund of St. Peters MO, her former husband, Jerry Steuerwald of Biehle, MO., seven grandchildren Adrian, Allyah, and Destiney Steuerwald, Alexis and Austin Ditto, Athena Kifer and Kiara Fowler.

Sally was preceded in death by her parents.

A memorial celebration will be held at a later date.
