Sandra Kay Brown, 63, of Scott City, passed away on Tuesday, August 25, 2026, at Hubble Creek in Jackson, MO. She was born September 7, 1962, to Elmer Brown and the late Shirley Ann (Koeberl) Brown.
Sandra had a wonderful sense of humor and was always known as the baby of the family. She made friends easily, cared deeply for those she loved, and had a forgiving heart.
Her loving survivors include her daughter, Jessica Garrett, of Chaffee, MO; father, Elmer Brown of Scott City; siblings, Rhonda (Tom) Best of Scott City, and Teresa (Carl) Brawley of West Plains; also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and great-great-nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her mother, Shirley Brown, and brother, Rick Brown.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, August 29, 2026 from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm at McCombs Funeral Home and Cremation Center.
The family greatly appreciates Hubble Creek and Crown Hospice for their support and care.
