Stephen Cunningham

Stephen Cunningham, 66, most recently of Blue Springs, Missouri, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, December 10, 2022. In October 2022 he moved from Jackson to the Kansas City area.

He was born on Feb. 4, 1956 in Topek, Kansas the son of William and Margaret Dailey Cunningham.

Stephen had a passion for helping and fixing things for others.

Stephen is survived by two sons, Jerrimiah (Jennifer) Cunningham of Jackson and Matthew Cunningham of Windsor, Colorado, four grandchildren, Sarah, CJ, Destini, Levi, and Jace, and six siblings, Lou (Donna) Cunningham of Blue Springs, Missouri, Mick Nichols of Independence, Mo., Sharon (Cliff) Ownes of Southwest Missouri, Christine (Jim) Gochenour of Raymore, Missouri, Laura Daniel and Greg Cunningham.

A memorial visitation will be held on Monday, January 9, 2023 from 4:00 PM until service time at Fruitland Community Church, 6040 Highway 61 in Jackson.

Memorial service will be at 5:00 PM at the church.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks to consider donating to your local food bank.
