Steven Alfred Ford

Steven Alfred Ford, 71, of Cape Girardeau, passed away Wednesday, January 22, 2025, at the Chaffee Nursing Center in Chaffee. He was born on April 30, 1953, in Essex, Missouri, son of Amos and Vella Kraust Ford. He and Jeanine Kern were married on June 21, 1975. Steven was a graduate of College High School. He honorably served in the Missouri National Guard. Steven worked at Brauer Supply Company in Cape Girardeau for 35 years. He enjoyed working on classic cars, coffee and chocolate. Loving survivors include his wife of 49 years, Jeanine Ford; his K9 companion, Laddie and a brother, Jeff Ford. He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Mike and Tim Ford. Cremation arrangements by McCombs Funeral Home in Cape Girardeau. There will be no services.
