Steven James Walker

Steven James Walker, 43, of Jackson, passed away at his home on Sunday, January 9, 2022.

He was born November 9, 1978, in St. Louis, to his loving parents, Daniel James and Sheryl Metzger Walker. He had one brother, Eric Walker.  He was united in marriage on June 29, 2013, to his beloved Megan Day Walker.  He was the proud father of Madison Rose Walker.

He was survived by his wife of eight years, and their daughter, both of Jackson, as well as his mother (Arnold, Missouri), brother (Bonne Terre, Missouri), and many family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father.

Steven enjoyed many things, but most of all spending time with his family and fellow jeepers. He was a member of the Delta Chi Fraternity, the NRA, the 573 Jeeps, Jackson Elks No. 2652 and was a Jack Daniels Tennessee Squire.  He was a site superintendent for Double Diamond Construction of Crystal City.

An invitation is extended to family and friends to attend a visitation on Thursday, January 13, 2022, from 11am to 1pm at McCombs Funeral Home in Jackson.
