Terry L. Dambach

Terry L. Dambach, age 54, passed away December 17, 2022 at his home in Jackson surrounded by his family.

Terry was born February 11, 1968, to Leonard and Dolly (Massa) Dambach in Cape Girardeau. He and Kelly Castulik were married April 12, 2008, at the Emanuel United Church of Christ in Jackson.

Terry was a 1986 graduate of Jackson High School.  He served for the United States Army National Guard for over 37 years. From 2004-2005 he served on active duty in Iraq and again from 2013-2014 in Afghanistan. He was honorably discharged October 26, 2022. He was a member of VFW #3838 in Cape Girardeau.

He was a member of Emanuel United Church of Christ in Jackson. In his spare time, he enjoyed riding his Harley, music, singing, and working on cars. He also loved spending time with his family and friends.

Loving survivors include his wife of 14 years, Kelly Castulik Dambach of Jackson; six children, Alicia (Jeff) Koenig of Luling, Texas, Justin Dambach (Carrie Walker) of Cape Girardeau, Logan (Katie) Jordan of Marble Hill, Hailey (David) Hess of Advance, Whitney Jordan (Jared Landewee) of Jackson and Lance Dambach of Jackson; a grandson, Camden Brady; a brother, Mark (Lisa) Dambach of Jackson; and two sisters, Cheryl Stadt of Aurora, Colorado, and Mary (Al) Giddons of Florida.

Terry was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Bryan Dambach.

Visitation will be held from 3-7 PM Wednesday, December 21, 2022, and from 9:30 – 11 AM, Thursday, December 22, 2022, at McCombs Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Jackson.  The Rev. Sam Roethemeyer will conduct the funeral service at 11 AM, Thursday December 22, 2022, at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Russell Heights Cemetery in Jackson with graveside military honors.

Memorials may take the form of contributions to the Southeast Missouri Humane Society.
