Wanda Lee Wilke, 88 of Millersville, MO, passed away Saturday, January 3rd, 2026, at her home. She was born on Sunday, February 21st, 1937, in Sedgewickville, MO to Grealey P. and Pearl Pulliam Statler.
Wanda and Paul Dean Wilke were married December 10, 1955, at Sedgewickville Methodist Church. Paul precedes her in death.
She graduated from Patton High School in 1955. After high school she worked for 25 years at Florsheim Shoe Factory and later retired in 1997 from Lee Rowland.
Wanda was a member of the Cape Cowboy Church.
She was very talented and enjoyed quilting, sewing, and painting.
Survivors include her two children, Neil Wilke of Millersville, and Sherry (the late Rick) Kight of Marble Hill; three grandchildren: Chelsey Kight, Alexandra Wilke, and Matthew Kight, and seven great-grandchildren to Peyton, Blaine, Mia, Ace, and Gibson Kight, Ryder, and Kyx Young.
Wanda is also survived by her brothers, Glen Statler of Vancouver Washington, and Larry Statler of Millersville, and Sister-in-law Fay (the late Ken) Statler of Delaware who will all deeply miss her presence.
She was preceded in death by her parents, two infant sisters, Mary and Wilma Statler.
Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 8, 2026, at McCombs Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Jackson. Funeral services will follow at 12:00 p.m. with Rev. Otis Long officiating.
Interment will follow at the Russell Heights Cemetery in Jackson.
