Charles William Elfrink, 84, of Cape Girardeau passed away Tuesday, March 12, 2024 at Cotton Point Living Center in Matthews, MO.
He was born February 2, 1940, in Leopold, MO to the late Leo and Minnie Nenninger Elfrink.
Charles was an avid hunter and crappie fisherman. In his youth, he enjoyed baseball as well. Charles was member of St. Mary's Cathedral in Cape Girardeau.
Charles is survived by three sons and their families: Mike (Jan) Elfrink of Cape, Kevin (Lisa) Elfrink of Jackson and Doug (Sarah) Elfrink of Oak Ridge, three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren as well as two brothers, Alvin Elfrink of Coldwater, MO and Nick (Geri) Elfrink of Marble Hill, MO.
Along with parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers and their spouses; Richard and Geneva Elfrink, Daniel and Betty Elfrink, Norbert and Irene Elfrink and a sister-in-law Faye Elfrink.
Visitation will be Monday from 9:30 to 10:30 am at McCombs Funeral Home in Cape Girardeau.
Funeral Services will be on Monday at 11:00 am at St. Mary's Cathedral in Cape Girardeau with Fr. Jesse Hiett officiating.
Burial will follow at St. Mary's cemetery in Cape Girardeau.
