Gary Riggs Obituary

Gary Riggs, 68, of McClure, Illinois passed away Wednesday, January 05, 2022 at his home.

He was born August 25, 1953 in Olmsted, Illinois, son of William Henry and Elsie Geraldine Schierbaum Riggs.

After graduating from Jackson High School he moved to St. Louis where he became an excellent locksmith for the area. In 2015 he relocated back to Southeast Missouri. In his free time he enjoyed riding his motorcycle.

Loving survivors include a daughter, Kelly (Nathan) Mowery of Jackson; three siblings, Mickie Riggs Grear, Keith and Melissa Palmer.

He was preceded in death by two siblings Chales Allen Palmer and Linda Kay Ryan.

A celebration of life will be will be held at a later date.

McCombs Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Jackson assisted family with final arrangements.
