Junior H. Surface

Junior H. Surface, age 68, of Essex, Missouri died Saturday, October 20, 2018 at his son’s home near Millersville, MO.

Junior was born September 9, 1950 at Bell City, Missouri the son of Jake H. and Mary J. Baker Surface. He and Debra Long married March 12, 1972. She preceded him in death June 5, 2011.

He was a 1970 graduate of Bell City High School and worked many years for Southeast Missouri Glass Company in Sikeston, MO.

Loving survivors include two sons, Kenny (Karen) Surface of Millersville and Jarrid (Juliana) Surface of Essex; three grandchildren; two great grandchildren; and two brothers Hughes (Martha) Surface of Matthews, MO and Charles (Patsy) Surface of Bell City, MO.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, and two sisters Carolyn Polley and Mary Lou Kelley.

A memorial reception will be held on December 8, 2018 at noon at the home of Kenneth Surface, 2811 County Rd. 485,  Millersville, MO 63766.
